Suhaimah is no stranger to isolation and having to defend her own most basic rights, having grown up stateless in Sabah, Malaysia, with both parents spending their days hard at work. However, seeing children in her community entering the world of drugs and street begging leads her to find her calling - helping others find their own path through education, as she herself has.
